Privacy Policy

When you upload files to Socera, they are temporarily stored on our secure servers solely for the purpose of processing. We use AES-256 encryption for all file storage. Your files are never analyzed, indexed, or used for any purpose other than the specific conversion you requested.

All uploaded files and processed results are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers after 60 minutes. We operate a cron job that runs every 5 minutes to enforce this policy. No backups of your files are retained.

We do not track individual users across sessions. We collect only anonymized, aggregated usage analytics (e.g., how many times a tool was used) to improve the service. We never build profiles based on the content of your documents.

All file transfers between your browser and our servers use TLS 1.3 encryption. We enforce HTTPS across all endpoints. Download URLs are signed and time-limited to prevent unauthorized access.

Our infrastructure is hosted in data centers that comply with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards. File processing occurs in isolated containers with no network access, preventing any possibility of exfiltration.

We are committed to GDPR compliance. Since we do not create user accounts, we do not store personal data linked to individuals.
